Description: This circle brings together Consumers of India and various Legal Metrology i.e. Weights and Measures Enforcement Officials from across the country.
Consumers will be able to easily report issues related to non-compliance of labeling, MRP, packaging for both retail stores as well as eCommerce sites.
Also, consumers will be able to participate in new rules and policies. Together, let us work on improving adherence to MRP and related Packaged Commodity Rules and reduce malpractices and consumer grievances in India.
