hey everybody ! first thing be in contact with your artists. Even the ppl responsible for the workshop artists. here are the details of who is picking up whom n when

VM bhatt: 23rd at 3pm from airport to HQ. : Rajat( u hav all the flight details right. if not mail me asap)  and Manu

RK Mishra ( accomp of VM bhatt ) : 24th at 2 pm at airport to woodbourne : rajat n ?( who volunteerd pls put a post once) 

Jayateerth mevundi : coming by car with student on 23rd at 6pm: nikhilesh meet him at VGH (suite 101/201) 

Mr. Narendra nayak (jayateerth's accomp ) : coming with a friend on 24th at 11.20 am to madgaon (mangalore-goa train rajdhani) 09448477696 : aseem ( call him and talk if you need more details) (the same suite that jayateerth is staying in)

Mr. keshav joshi (jayateerth's accomp) : coming on 24th at 7.30 am ( blore to goa bus) 09341461550 please call him tommorow and ask him to get down at verna and get xact timing of bus and travels name.)  (same suite that jayateerth is staying in) nikhilesh

Mrs. Swati Daithankar : coming on 24th morning by vasco express with her daughter. ( to be dropped at transit guest house ) : sayali ( check what time it arrives) and dilip

accomp1 n 2: coming on 25th morning at 4.30 at madgaon aseem n rajat : please get details from jyothsna ! contact her asap ! ppl to b taken to transit guest house.

accomp3: coming on 25th morning at 6.30 madgaon : to be taken to transit guest house. : madhukar and sumuk : ask jyothsna for more details.

nancy kulkarni : comin on 23rd morning at 6.30am : hrishikesh : ( suite in VGH for now )

accompanist : coming on 24th morning at 5.40 am : mrinalini and sanjeev ( suite in VGH )

Shiv kumar sharma with a student:  comin on 25th at 1 pm at airport : vishaka n ninad ( contact ranjini for more details ) : mostly be puttin him in woodbourne (2 rooms)

all of them are coming and goin on their own. no need to provide accom or transportation i believe. inform me if there are any changes.

@aseem : Mr. narendra nayak says 11.20 but the rajdhani on net says 10.20. ask him the exact details.
