I mailed the above people the invite for the programme. Just call them up and tell them about the convention. Ex: tell about the artists coming. and also about governor being the chief guest. remind them that an invitation has been sent via email. request them to try and make it to the convention. there are totally fourteen ppl in this list.

do this ASAP..! if you reach their secretary ask them for the main person. if he/she is too busy..brief the secretary up about it and ask them to inform the main person.

Ms. Farel Furtado could not be contacted as the number in the spreadsheet lead to a different person whom I called twice n got shouted at. :-P can u please check this number again?
