Harshada Kerkar:
Born in 1965, Goa. She has done her Bachelors in Art in Painting from
the S.N.D.T. University, Bombay.
She has many solo and group shows to her credit and has also
participated in the National Lalit Kala Akademi Exhibition, New Delhi.
Whether painting in oils or working with pastels, she captures the
expressions and moods of her subjects with photographic realism. Her
choice of colour also enhances the communicative power of the works
and viewers are left amazed by her ability to freeze and capture
intangibles like innocence, joy and pain.
She now lives and works in Goa.

I contacted her. We have to arrange transportation and she said she
could bring the material but she needs to know how many students will
be taking part in her workshop in order to buy everything accordingly.
I'm supposed to call her as soon as possible with the number of
students.
