1.She'll be arriving on 24th morning by GOA express at Vasco with her
daughter 'Nupur' and a student.
2.Three of her accompanists (vocalist, violinist and mridangam player)
will be arriving at Madgaon on 25th morning.
3.They require 3 rooms in total as per now.
4.They all will leave on 25th after the performance by bus.
5.She needs a 'CD Player' for the workshop and she said she will bring
her song collection along.

I spoke to Mr. Jayteerth Mevundi. Following are the specifications:

1.) There will be 5 people in all coming. He has asked for 4 A/C rooms preferrably nearby campus or in campus.

2.)He will come by car with his shishya:  Praveen Shevde on 23rd evening. They can be expected to arrive by 6.00 pm. 

3.)His Harmonium accompanist: Mr. Narendra nayak (Phone: 09448477696 and email : chai...@expertclasses.org )

   a.)His friend will be coming along with him but both of them will share one room. so probably we'll have to book a double room          for him.

   b.)He has told that if at all we record the performance then 1 copy should be given to him.

   c.)He is coming from Mangalore by train: Rajdhani Express. He'll come at Madgaon station. Time yet to confirm.

4.)Tabla accompanist: Mr. Keshav Joshi(Phone: 09341461550 email: tablak...@yahoo.com ). Coming by bus on 24th morning.

5.)All are pure vegetarians.

6.)Mr. Jayteerth will leave by car immediately after his workshops are over on 26th.

7.)He has asked for 5 mikes on stage during the performance.

8.)He asked to arrange one mike for his vocal workshop.

And ya Pravinya please confirm the timings of the workshop and performances. He has asked me to give him these details as soon as possible. Is the schedule ready? If yes, please post a copy on the group.
