I need 2 people to volunteer to send out the press release to the aforementioned papers by today evening. PFA the press release. After you mail them, call them up to confirm that they have received it and tell them that you want it printed on tomorrows paper itself.

I called the rest three.Vasco Watch prints only fortnights and is not weekly.So all they can do is,print about how the event went after it's done. Gomantak Times will have it in tomorrow's issue.

Sorry for the delay in replying. Hope you'll managed to go about writing the mailer without much problems.

Another thing I'll need the two of you'll to do is check the papers you'll have been alloted and confirm if they have printed the press releases. If they haven't, call them up and ask them to print it the very next day. Nag them till they do it (but of course, don't lose your cool, and don't make them lose theirs).

Message me the updates tomorrow.
