Sorry for reply late.
spice4xen supports Windows XP.
It has been tested for WinXP, Win7 and Fedora.
spice4xen has two versions, one for xen4.0.1,
the other is for upstream xen with upstream xen-qemu.
As I describe on spice4xen site, the upstream-xen-qemu
doesn't support graphic well, so if you want to use MS Windows,
you should try spice4xen for xen4.0.1
Currently, you can use spice on xen-unstable with upstream-xen-qemu for linux without graphic.
When the upstream-xen-qemu works well for winxp in some time,
I think you can use spice directly, because the basic spice patch for xen
has been accepted by xen-community.
