Sorry for reply late.

spice4xen supports Windows XP.
It has been tested for WinXP, Win7 and Fedora.

spice4xen has two versions, one for xen4.0.1,
the other is for upstream xen with upstream xen-qemu.

As I describe on spice4xen site, the upstream-xen-qemu
doesn't support graphic well, so if you want to use MS Windows,
you should try spice4xen for xen4.0.1

Currently, you can use spice on xen-unstable with upstream-xen-qemu for linux without graphic.
When the upstream-xen-qemu works well for winxp in some time,
I think you can use spice directly, because the basic spice patch for xen
has been accepted by  xen-community.

到spice邮件列表了，本来是spice4xen

1、那个upstream-xen-qemu编译出来的是不是就是qemu-dm？

   它的作用就相当于qemu-dm，Xen-unstable里现在编译的仍然是老的qemu(即qemu-dm)
   upstram-xen-qemu 需要你去下载，单独编译，方法看spice4xen站点

2、原来用vnc连接xen可以看到bios启动的画面，用了upstream-xen-qemu作为dm后，vnc连接上去就是黑屏什么响应都没有了。装Linux-hvm就没有问题？

   现在upstream-xen-qemu可以正常启动windows?
   根据你描述的情况，应该是upstream-xen-qemu的移植工作仍然没完成（可能存在两个问题：vga dirty bitmap； 电源管理）
   我们的spice4xen发布时， upstream-xen-qemu启动windows后会挂掉
   spice4xen对于upstream-xen-qemu当时测试的是没有无图形的Linux，spice可以正常连接并使用

3、no graphic时指本地没有graphic（vga没有输出？），但是启动好后会有spice接口可以连过去，那么启动好后的虚拟系统里的vga可以用spice输出？

   虚拟机关掉图形，不是本地（host）机
  
  要想用图形界面的，使用spice4xen for xen4.0.1没有问题

正在玩虚拟化，感觉kvm显示不够流畅，想试试xen的。呵呵。

  其实你只是想玩虚拟化的话
  kvm足够了，它的hvm性能跟xen不相上下
  要玩kvm，你的处理器需要支持vt-x(对于intel)
  你说不够流畅，我怀疑你玩的是qemu而不是kvm
  另外spice可以在qemu和kvm上用，对于kvm很流畅
