Hi,
What data need to prepare other than the "Hindu_Kush_Himalaya" Database For SPHY2.2 to Run?

That database was developed to work with model version numbers 2.0.x. If you are planning to use 2.2.0, then you can download that source code here: https://github.com/WilcoTerink/SPHY/releases
Although most data can be extracted using that database, you need to create the "glac_table_with_iceDepths.csv" yourself.

self.LakeFLAG = config.getint('MODULES','LakeFLAG') is this module newly added in SPHY Version 2.2 ?

In SPHY Pre-Processor Lake, Dynamic Veg , Reservoir and sediment are not enable to process so how can we prepare these data and use it in new version?

No that module is not new in 2.2.0, but was already present in version 2.1.0 and newer versions.

Hi,
That is true. The pre-processor was initially developed to create the most basic model input. The check-boxes for those modules are shown in the pre-processor because they might be included in a future update of the pre-processor. This means for now you have to create that input yourself.

So how to prepare input data for SPHY 2.2 Version which is not include in Database, Any reference material related to preparing those data?
