I have followed all steps for installation of SPHY model and QGIS ver 2.8.9 and also installed the SPHY preprocessor plugin in a 32bit system.
But while installing the SPHY model Plugin, I am getting error message during starting of QGIS " Couldn't load plugin due to an error when calling its classFactory() method"
Also, in the QGIS in the Manage and Install plugin link The SPHY is showing red and invalid plugin and the system is not working.
I have installed the plug in the designated folder, where the SPHY preprocess plugin is installed.
What may be the problem
Please help me to fix the problem, so that I can run the model
With warm regards
A. Sarangi

Hi,
I think it is related to the fact that you likely didn't install the matplotlib library with your QGIS installation? You can easily check this by opening the Python console within QGIS and type: import matplotlib
If you get an error message, then this is the likely cause.

I installed the  mapplotlib ver 1.2.0 for win32 and the pyparsing -1.5.7 for win32
But both did not solve my problem
Please advise what to do?

I think there is something wrong with the installation of QGIS and/or python. The most straightforward fix is to install the software from our website: http://www.sphy.nl/software/

As a first step I would uninstall your current QGIS and install the one from our website, which already includes the matplotlib package. That should work.....

Wilco

QGIS v2.8.2 32-bit.

Coming back to your previous post: I tried the login credentials and they work fine for me. Maybe this url is blocked by your organization or country?

How to fix these " problem with executing the python code"
Where is the problem? Is this the problem with the plugin? OR any procedural problem??

It was observed that the file SPHY Preprocessor folder when copied in the link c:\Program files\QGIS Wien\apps\qGIS\Python\Plugins\", then the python error in some cases did not appear.
But as per mannual it should be copies in the folder " C:\Users\Name\.qgis2/python/plugins/..." (BUT WITH THIS THE "python error" is reported)

Can Any body help me to resolve this issue and inform which is the exact location WHERE THE SPHY MODEL AND PRE PROCESSOR NEED TO BE COPIED"
This seems to be very erratic behaviour of the model plugins
Please advise

In continuation of the above problem, the SPHY preprocessor is behaving erratically and after a couple of attempts, the "create forcing" command in the meterological forcing worked. BUT the there were no results in the c:\SPHY\Output\forcing" folder? What may be the reason
Please help
