Inquiry Regarding Snow Sublimation Parameterization in SPHY Model

Hi.

 I recently read a paper, "Variable 21st Century Climate Change Response for Rivers in High Mountain Asia at Seasonal to Decadal Time Scales," by Khanal et al 2021 which, in Section 3.1.2, has discussed the snow sublimation process and  parameterization in SPHY. However, I could not find any corresponding parameters related to snow sublimation in the current SPHY model (v3.0). 

Could anyone kindly guide me on how to integrate this process into the model? If there are any relevant resources, papers, or code implementations that you recommend, I would greatly appreciate your direction.
