it indicated that there was an error in file opening but it still showed that the model output was successful. however, there was nothing in visualized results and output file. should i move my python to C or reinstall QGIS? or something else can do to solve this problem?

Hi,

Have a look here: https://sphy.readthedocs.io/en/latest/releases.html#installation

Depending on which version you’re using it tells you how to install it. And yes, you can’t have spaces in your paths.

Cheers,
Wilco

Hi,
thanks for your reply, I have fixed that problem but there is another problem. I followed every steps in case study of Trishuli but it indicated that model was unsuccessful. I am sure that I did not cancel the model run and I have checked that the ldd.map was created correctly.  would you please tell me which parts are most likely to go wrong? does the environmental settings mean the settings of python and pcraster?  BTW, when I open the QGIS there would be some warnings of runtime library would it effect the model run?  the following is the capture of my GUI settings.

Hi,

Not sure which version of QGIS you’re using, but the GUI was developed for QGIS 2.8. Also make sure that you use python and pcraster versions in 64 bit, as should your QGIS version be as well.
