Hi,
here i am attaching the pic were i am facing issue please let me know to to resolve i tried many setups but didn't work.

Hi,
It's hard to know what is exactly causing this problem. It seems you're missing the dateutil package?
I am not sure how you have installed Python, but I can strongly recommend you to install the Anaconda Python distribution:
Also I recommend you to use the most recent stable release of SPHY, which you can download below:
Hopefully, this solves your problems.

Resolved the Issue through this cmd " User>pip install python-dateutil".
