Dear Wilco,
I'm working on a project to generate water balance data for Himalayan rivers using the SPHY model. I've successfully run the model with the provided data, but I'm encountering issues when attempting to use my own datasets. I've followed the guidelines outlined in the advanced training manual published by FutureWater and collected all the necessary input data. However, I'm unable to generate the desired maps when uploading my datasets and running the SPHY processor.
Although the model doesn't display any errors, I'm not getting the expected outputs, specifically the LULC.map and DEM.map files. To isolate the problem, I've been changing one dataset at a time during each run (either LULC or DEM) while keeping the others constant.
I would be grateful if you could offer some advice on troubleshooting this issue.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

It is impossible for me to isolate the problem based on the information you provide. I would recommend not to use any of those plugins anymore as they are outdated. I recommend you to have a look at the documentation that corresponds with model version 2.2.1 here: https://sphy.readthedocs.io/en/latest/. Here it is described how you can create model input without using the plugins.

Hello Wilco,

Thank you for the information provided. I've been following the document you shared. However, I've encountered a few issues along the way:

1. I'm in the process of preparing an initial map using a DEM TIF file and converting it into .map format using the built-in plugin in QGIS called PCRaster. Everything seems to work fine until when I add the clone, DEM, slope, and LDD maps on qgis. At this point, QGIS doesn't seem to recognize any coordinate system. I am using qgis 3.28.1 version
2. I'm curious if version 2.2.1 of the plugin is compatible with newer versions of QGIS.

3. Additionally, I'm unsure about how to convert the remaining maps into PCRaster format. Could you provide guidance on this?

Your assistance with these matters would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
