No Glacier runoff data

Dear Model Developers,

I hope this email finds you well. I am currently learning the SPHY 2.0 hydrological model.I used the SPHY preprocessor to generate the input data.All the data was created successfully.However,I found there is no glacier runoff data after running SPHY model .What's worse, I don't know what the problem is . Is it because of the weather data I entered ?Should I change the weather data? 

I am writing to kindly ask if you could help me solve this problem. Your assistance would be of great help to my study.

It could be many things. What are your glacier module parameters settings?

And what is your min and max temperature of your temperature forcings?
