threshold temperatures for snow & glacier

Dear Sir, Is it possible to have threshold temperature for glacier to be less then that of snow? e.g. threshold temperature for glacier = -2 C threshold temperature for snow = 0 C

There is no threshold for glaciers, because Tcrit only determines whether precipitation falls as snow or as rain. It has nothing to do with the glaciers.
