Getting error while delineating watersheds

I am getting error while delineating watersheds. Outlets.shp layer is created successfully, but when I am trying to delineate watersheds, a message is coming and after completing all the processes, the delineated boundary is not coming.

Kindly sort out my problem,

Hi,

Does the created shape file with station locations:

- have a ID field in the attribute table?

- does the numbering of these stations start with 1 and the next one with 2, 3, etc?
