getting problem while preparing glacier fraction maps

Hi,

I am getting problem in preparing glacier fraction maps.

While using QGIS2.8 based SPHY preprocessor tool, I am getting error  during clean ice glacier and debris cover glacier.

There is no value coming in clean ice glacier and debris cover glacier maps.

However, fractional map is coming fine, but in clean ice map and debris map, no value/class is coming.

Please send me the solution.
