QGIS error (station and outet file)

Hi Wilco, 

I am working with the Hindu_Kush_Himalaya region. I have delineated the basin successfully using SPHY pre-processor GUI. I have a few queries regarding the SPHY model GUI.

1. Whenever I add my outlet file under stations in SPHY model I get QGIS crash dumped error and I am unable to go ahead with it.
2. Also, can you please share the crop coefficient lookup table (kc.tbl) to go under the landuse tab of SPHY model GUI.
