Error while running SPHY v2.2.1

Hi all,

I get a Python error when running the SPHY model version 2.2.1. The model is run using Anaconda with Python version 2.7.18 and PC raster 4.1.0.

 

The error is :

TypeError: cannot do label indexing on <class 'pandas.core.indexes.base.Index'> with these indexers [8] of <type 'int'> 

Kindly help me to resolve the issue.

Hi,

My guess is that there is something wrong with the glacier input table or associated maps. Have you tried running it without the glacier module on?

Thank you for the response. 

I found out the cause for the error. There was a mistake in the T_lapse file I was providing as input. I had mention the names of the month instead of giving them as integer numbers. Once I changed it to numbers, the issue was resolved.
