what is logical ranges for ddfs and T critical?

Tcrit ranges between 0 and positive values. Normally a value between 1.5 and 2.5 will do the job. DDFS is positive as well, and may go up to 8.

the calibration process finds the best criteria for t critical around -5.

so this value is not correct right?

I'd say that's too low. Your temperature forcings are probably too cold.
