The Annual Brunch of the South Jersey Chapter of the SPHS Alumni
Association is just about a month away. Hope to see you there. See

ANNUAL SOUTH JERSEY BRUNCH
The South Jersey Chapter of the SPHS Alumni Association will hold its
annual buffet brunch on Sunday, September 18, 2011 at the Mays Landing
Country Club. This event has been held for over 25 years and this
year we have a real treat. Our guest speakers are Gene Alessandrini
and Tom DiRenzo, who will talk about singers that had their roots in
South Philly.
The details of the event are as follows:
Date and Time: Sunday, September 18, 2011 at 11:00 am
Price: $25.00 per person

YEARBOOKS GOING FAST
The SPHS Alumni Association started selling yearbooks to Lifetime
Members for the low price of $15 (which includes shipping) two years
ago. We are getting down to the last few originals of each yearbook
which are available for purchase at that price.
We are holding back the last original of each yearbook as a "Reference-
Only" copy which we are making available for copying. If the cart
says "Out of Stock" for the yearbook you seek, chances are, we have a
"Reference-Only" copy available. The cost of copying "Reference-Only"
yearbooks are dictated by the number of pages in the yearbook and
range between $30 and $65.
So if you are not sure you can locate your yearbook, or want to
purchase a yearbook of a relative who is a Lifetime Member as a gift,
order now online before they are gone. Simply go to our website
(www.spshalumni.com) and click on the “Order Yearbooks - Lifetime
Members Only” tab on the left hand side of the page.
LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP
Not everyone who is reading this is a Lifetime Member of the SPHS
Alumni Association. If you are not sure that you are a Lifetime
Member, email wpol...@sphsalumni.com and we will confirm your
status. Remember, only Lifetime Members can purchase a yearbook at
the price of just $15 (including shipping).
REUNIONS
Please remember to advertise your reunions (or planning stages for a
reunion) on our
website by sending an email to wpol...@sphsalumni.com. Don't forget
to also advertise your class reunion in the South Philly Review
(www.southphillyreview.com).
NEW SPHS ALUMNI WEBSITE LOOK DELAYED
We hope to have the newly designed website up and running no later
than September 30, 2011.
