Dear Southern Graduate,

Please note that the SPHS Alumni Newsletter is in the process of being
mailed to all lifetime members. This edition includes a listing of all
lifetime members through lifetime member number 3428 (sorted by class
year). If we have inadvertently missed your name, please let us know.
If you are a lifetime member and do not receive your copy of the
newsletter by March 27, 2009, please email us and let us know. Most of
you will receive the Newsletter well before then.

Another perk of being a lifetime member is the ability to obtain (if
available), a copy of your graduating class yearbook for only $10
(which includes the cost for shipping the book to you). Please note
that the following yearbooks are UNAVAILABLE (based upon an inventory
of books for the classes of 1960 to present):

June 2006
June 2005
June 1988
June 1987
June 1984
June 1983
June 1981
June 1977
June 1976
June 1975

If you have a yearbook from any of the above years and would like to
donate it to the SPHS Alumni Association, please let us know. The
Association is trying to keep one copy of each yearbook for reference
purposes.

We are in the process of completing the inventory for the yearbooks
prior to 1960. Once the inventory is completed (in approximately two
to three weeks), IF YOU ARE A LIFETIME MEMBER, you will be able to
visit our website and look for the link for lifetime members to
purchase yearbooks. Please note that you will be able to determine if
the yearbook is available once you make your selection online. If the
yearbook is listed as “Out of Stock”, there is no way for us to obtain
more copies of that yearbook.

If you don’t want to order the yearbook online, send an email to
Willie Pollins at wpol...@sphsalumni.com and indicate the yearbook
you would like to receive. Mr. Pollins will email you back confirming
the availability of the yearbook. AFTER the availability of the
yearbook has been confirmed in an email back to you, you can send a
check made payable to “SPHS Alumni Association” in the amount of $10
to:

In the Memo section of your check, please write the yearbook you are
ordering. Once the check clears, your yearbook will be mailed to you.

Please allow up to two weeks after you place your order to receive
