Greetings Fellow Southern Graduate:

Please note that the online ordering of yearbooks FOR LIFETIME MEMBERS
is now available on the SPHS Alumni Association’s website
(www.sphsalumni.com). Because of the impending postal rate increases,
the price of the yearbooks has been changed to $15 (including
shipping).

Lifetime Members can go to the following link to order a yearbook:

http://www.sphsalumni.com/yearbooks.html

Remember, if place an order for a book and you are not a Lifetime
Member of the Alumni Association, you will receive an email stating
that the order cannot be completed. If you are not sure whether you
are a Lifetime Member, send an email to Willie Pollins, Esquire, at
wpol...@sphsalumni.com.

* PLEASE NOTE: Due to the limited quantity of yearbooks, we must limit
purchases to one (1) yearbook per lifetime member. Although our
current shopping cart does allow you to change the quantity, ORDERS OF
MULTIPLE COPIES OF YEARBOOKS WILL BE IGNORED, and your money WILL NOT
be refunded. The funds for more than one yearbook will be deemed a
Donation to the Alumni Association. Some of the yearbooks are in
better condition than others. We will mail the yearbooks in the best
condition first.

If you are ordering a yearbook for a relative, the person who is named/
pictured in the yearbook must be a Lifetime Member. Before making such
orders, please purchase a Lifetime Membership for the individual named/
photographed in the yearbook. Please provide a note/comment in your
purchase indicating whom the membership is on behalf of, and whether
the membership is a Memorial membership.

Please note the following when ordering yearbooks:

- starting in 1966, there was only one graduating class per year
(June);
- if you graduated prior to 1966, remember to select the January or
June class for that year;
- between the January1956 class and the June 1965 class, the Boys’ and
Girls’ classes were combined in the same yearbook;
- between the January 1942 classes and June 1955 classes, the Boys’
and Girls classes had separate yearbooks;
- the first year the Girls’ classes published a yearbook was 1942;
- the Boys 1932 and 1919 yearbooks combined the January and June
classes in a single book; and
- Orders are on a first come, first served basis; if you place an
order, and you are not a Lifetime Member of the Association, your
order will be rejected, and the book will be placed back into the
inventory of available books.

If you attempt to order a yearbook, and it says “Item Sold Out”,
unless the yearbook you seek is within the last four years, there is
no way to obtain another copy of the yearbook. Thank you again for
your continued support of the SPHS Alumni Association.
