How to upgrade jquery version to 3.4.1 in the generated python documentation files

Hi,

I'm using sphinx-build 1.8.2 to generate python documentation from docstring. In the generated _static folder, I can see that the jquery version is 3.2.1. 

Is there any way I can control the jquery version used and use the version 3.4.1?

I'm working to upgrade it to latest one.
https://github.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx/pull/6609
So you can use it after 2.2.0 released (maybe soon).
