Working of Sphinx Documentation

Hi 

Hope you are doing well!

I am currently working on Sphinx Python Documentation Tool for my personal project, I was wondering how does Sphinx carry out the actually documentation process such as converting the docstrings to a "rst" file and then modify and convert into HTML pages and display it as a webpage.
