Fancyhdr Warning during document compilation

Hello,

I'm getting following warning while compiling pdf
Package Fancyhdr Warning: \fancyfoot's `E' option without twoside option
is useless on input line 670.

What is this about? Do I have a chance to fix this in sphinx directly?

Hi, you can ignore the warning. This was an old legacy problem.
For info, it was fixed at Release 3.3.0 (released Nov 02, 2020)
