Remove pilcrow character from header in html

Hey,

I'd like to remove the pilcrow character (¶) from all headers in the html export as I do not require the linking per headline. So far, I tried to modify the template for the basic layout.html but was unable to find the proper file as I am not proficient in html at all.
Some help would be greatly appreciated.
