Random interval between bullet list items

Hi there, 

I've got an issue with bullet list in spinx v.3.5.3/4 . The issue is that after parsing from .rst to HTML, there are incosistent intervals between bullet list items. Previously, when I was using Spinx v2.2.1, everything was okay. I attach two screens defining my issue.  

Probably I need define some css attributes in new versions of Spinx to avoid such undesired behavior of it? 

NB: I use customized Alabaster theme, my css remains the same all this time, but Sphinx v2.2.1 and latest versions of it (3.5.3/4) parse my doc differently.
