Howto get the parent URI from a HTML-Translation

Hi Sphinx-People!

While I am rendering my SVG image in the HTML-Translation I need to know where in

the HTML-Tree (Toc-Tree) I am actually located to create well anchored realtive links in the SVG file.

        | - file

              | - SVG image

How can I deduce while rendering of the SVG image where I am?
