contributing a sphinx live editor/viewer

Hi,

I am working with sphinx for a while and in the context of one of our
projects we have developed a web based sphinx editor that show in "real
time" the results of people edition (without having to save the file
each time).

In order to have quick response time (~0.1-0.2 s) I add to tweak a few
things. Indeed we do instantiate the builder only once and then keep
everything in memory and rebuild only the file that is currently edited.

As any deep change in sphinx implementation will probably break this I
was wondering if it was maybe possible to contribute part of that work.

If there is some interest I will send more technical details of what I
had to do.
