Summary: zopeext: DOC,TST,BLD - Started work on branch 0.2.2, added tests and cleanup.

- Fixed docs reference to README.rst file.
- Added tests and py.test framework.

Summary: zopeext: DOC,TST - Don't strip cls and self and don't show __init__.

- __init__ args are added to the class and the docstring is merged with the
class.
