Please find the attached updated Unified Response Strategy (URS) Matrix on Manipur Earthquake 2016 as on 8th January, 2016.
Also, reminding agencies responding/planning to further update the URS Matrix to avoid duplication of work and to bring transparency in humanitarian response.
FYI, REVISED TIMELINE AGREED ON JRNA FOR MANIPUR EARTHQUAKE 2016:
3 Districts ( Tamenglong, Senapati and Imphal West) 12 Villages will be covered under JRNA ( Decided during IAGs-Manipur Emergency Coordination meeting held on 5th January, 2016 and advised by Secretary, Relief & Disaster Mgt Deptt. Govt. of Manipur)
✅06.01.2016: Sensitization Training on JRNA tools & Kobo App
✅07 to 08.01.2016: 1. Field Assessment by the team
2. Team leader enter the information collected at districts and village level to data entry excel sheet both District and Village level format.
3. Submission of filled data Entered Excel Tools both District and Village level to Report Writing Team
✅09.01.2016: 1. Data Analysis Table and Report Writing initiative
✅10.01.2016: Sharing of Report to IAC, Sectorial Committee and Core Group at National Level
✅11.01.2016: JRNA Report Release
