Request for Proposal – Development of Automated SitRep System

Dear colleagues,  

Sphere India is pleased to invite proposals from interested agencies/consultants for the Development of an Automated Disaster Situation Report (SitRep) System. This initiative aims to streamline data collection, enhance report accuracy, and automate dissemination to improve real-time decision-making during disaster response.  

Attached is the Request for Proposal (RFP) document, which outlines the project scope, deliverables, key timelines, and submission guidelines.  

Key Dates: 

• Pre-Submission Q&A Session: 25th March – 3rd April 2025 (optional)  
• Proposal Submission Deadline: 10th April 2025
