Hello Healthy Solano Collaborative,

We hope that you are all staying safe and well, and we’d like to extend sincere appreciation for all the work you do in service to our Solano Community. This collaborative is convened by Solano Public Health and centered around the community-identified priority areas of the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP): housing/homelessness, systemic poverty, inequitable K-12 education/barriers to educational attainment, and unemployment.  Our collective purpose is to work on system level change to address health needs in Solano County.

As a reminder, this group is not intended for personal use or to send out email communication regarding items outside the scope of the collaborative. Any communication that you would like to send out to the collaborative must be approved and sent by the Healthy Solano Team. Failure to comply with these terms will result in removal from the distribution list.

Due to a recent misuse of this email distribution list by one of the members, we are extending this email as the only warning regarding email communications among the Healthy Solano Collaborative. Please read the conditions governing any electronic communications between you and the Healthy Solano Collaborative (“Healthy Solano”) at this link on the Solano Public Health website.
