Hello All,

Thank you to everyone who joined in our first Committee Chairs conference call.  It was a very successful call and I hope others found it as helpful and informative as I did.  My apologies for the tardiness of these meeting notes. Those on the call please review and let me know if I missed anything or captured anything incorrectly. Also attached you will find from Dana the Structure Roles and Responsibility of our new Member Services and Outreach Committees. 

Please send me any feedback that you have on the format/date or time of the meeting.  Those on the call said the second Tuesday time works which would put our next call at June 9th. For those not on the call if you have any standing issues with the second Tuesday please let me know. 

If you have any other questions or comments, please let me know.  Thank you all for all of your hard work for the Co-op!

So it has come up that we have a lot of cross-committee goals this year and in general that it would be helpful for all the committees to know what is going on with each other.  So we are thinking of scheduling a bi-monthly committee chairs phone call.  The idea would be that this would be a brief call (30 minutes max) where each committee representative could run through what their committee is working on and reach out to the other committees if they need anything. The hope would be that this is not take up too much time in our very busy schedules, but that it offer a helpful opportunity to keep everyone connected to what is going on. 

So I have created a doodle with some possible dates and times for April to try this out.  If you can complete the doodle with your availability, I'll schedule.  Please keep in mind as you complete that we'd like to do this every other month, so think about dates/times that would work on semi-regular basis.
