Hello everyone,

Great news! We were able to find a location for the meeting tomorrow free of charge! Hooray! Thanks to Dana Mitchell for passing along the contact.

There will also be light food available courtesy of Chipotle Mexican Grill. (Vegetarian and vegan options will be included)

We'll meet at 7pm at:

UnitedHealthcare Multicultural Center

1900 South Broad Street (corner of Mifflin)

First Floor Community Room

Agenda and Meeting Topics:

We'd like to schedule an All-Committee meeting to brainstorm on some new messaging ideas and the future of the Co-op. This will directly help our Outreach Coordinator Michael in achieving his goals and help us better respond to questions and comments about our location (or lack thereof) while we prepare for the rest of 2014 and plan for 2015.

Meeting Goals:
1. Brief update on Committee activities and recent successes
2. Create a refreshed message about the state of the building/location and our progress towards securing a location
3. Update FAQ sheets as needed 
4. Create a plan for dissemination of the updated information (e.g., newsletter, website, e-blast)

So, it looks like Thursday, October 9th is the Big Winner!! (the day the majority of us are available)

Please save the date for the All-Committee Meeting to be held at 7pm. We have pushed back the start time a bit to accommodate Michael coming from another meeting.

The location is TBD right now, but we will have food available. Full agenda and location details will be sent out within the next few days.

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to briefly follow up on our great all-committee meeting last week! We generated some excellent ideas, and after wrapping up tonight's Marketing/Communications committee meeting, I'm confident we'll be able to use our ideas to create a fun new campaign to keep folks engaged with the co-op while we're seeking the perfect space.

Attached are notes from the meeting; please let me know if you have any questions.

Also a reminder to the IT folks to get us all hooked in to GoogleDrive (moving away from DropBox).
