Hello everyone, welp, this was supposed to be done 45 days in advance of tomorrow's meeting so a huge fail to us for being so last minute.  Can anyone volunteer to do any of the tasks below?  Jen from the Membership Committee was working on this but I haven't seen any emails and am getting worried because I normally do.

5 volunteers are needed, 6 if you count someone to take pictures!

Subject:	Fall Membership Meeting - Subcommittee Reports **PLEASE REVIEW ASAP**

Hey Everyone!  I am working on the printouts for tomorrow and realized that there isn't this magical place that has all of the subcommittee reports that are member-friendly so I am working on creating that for tomorrow night!  

Anyway, what I am hoping that you guys can do ASAP is review the blurb that I put for your committee and let me know if you have any changes you want me to make.  I took the updates from the Board info we get every month.  

I did not have an update for the Legal, Member Loan, and Leadership Committees so will have to reference what was put last year unless I hear back.  I did put something for Legal, though maybe it should be under Member Loan.  Additionally, for Bookkeeping, I will reference last years to see how to format it if I don't hear back.

So so so sorry for the last minute nature of this.

Thank you, Jess Calter, Emily Kolhaus, Martin Brown, Alison Fritz, & Dan Pohlig for volunteering!

Here are your roles but feel free to swap whatever with each other:
Jess - take equity/new members
Emily -  check-in
Martin - help set up & clean up (Matt, Dana & I will help set up as well since we'll be there early; I will help clean up)
Dan - to take pics
Alison - to take minutes

If we need an additional person to help Emily check-in, I'm sure we won't have a problem finding that.  

Also, Cassie and/or Molly are bringing the list of members for check-in/equity payments so hopefully they will arrive a little before 6:00.
