Error 'SIGCHLD handler called (some thread has SIGCHLD unblocked)' upon Install and run

Hello,

I get this error when I try to install spf13 as well as when I try to run vim after the installation:

'SIGCHLD handler called (some thread has SIGCHLD unblocked)'

During the install process, this appears after each plugin, e.g:

Processing 'spf13/vim-colors'SIGCHLD handler called (some thread has SIGCHLD unblocked)
+ Plugin 'pythoncomplete'                                                                                                                                
Processing 'tpope/vim-repeat'SIGCHLD handler called (some thread has SIGCHLD unblocked)
+ Plugin 'elzr/vim-json'

UPDATE:

I forgot to mention that my OS is Gentoo Linux.

Issue solved by system update. It had nothing to do with spf13
