how to temporarily turn transparent vim into opaque or adjust transparency with shortcuts quickly

hello,everyone! I have used spf13-vim for quite a while ,I'd like set the terminal with certain transparency,but when other windows open ,it may be confused,I cannot clearly see the font in terminal,does spf13-vim have a solution to turn transparent vim into opaque temporarily and can restore default transparent, or

adjust transparency with shortcuts quickly, solution to the former is better.
