Need Help - Trying to install SPF13 to Termux

I am relatively new to vim as a user and I wish to use spf13. Seeing as Android has no full fledged IDE that I am happy with, I decided to go with Termux instead and use Vim. But as I tried to install spf13, almost all plugins have failed to install. I have tried to use Vim after, and I am greeted with an error.

Is it possible to install spf13 to Termux?
