share spf13-vim configuration to users error

i installed spf13-vim in my root account.  And installed sucessfully, but when i change to other user account , it case an error.

i copy root/.vimrc  to /usr/share/vim/vimrc

i am a newer to vim, and not know much about the configuration. what i want to do is to share spf13-vim configuration to all users.
