2:30 to start up spf13

Hi,

I'm new to vim and spf13. I installed spf13 on windows 7 on a corporate network (behind a corporate firewall) and it takes 2 minutes 30 seconds to start up.

I would guess it has something to do with one of the plugins in the distribution and perhaps some network timeout problem...? Just a guess. There's no feedback on the screen. Everything seems to load fine. Just really really slowly.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what this could be or how to troubleshoot the problem?

I could go through the dot files and remove stuff of course. I just thought I'd ask and see if anyone has tips or similar experiences before I dig in to it.
