g:spf13_no_autochdir / noautochdir has no effect

Hi,

I've set g:spf13_no_autochdir in ~/.vimrc.before.local, but it isn't preventing vim from changing the directory to that of the file I open. I even tried commenting the whole g:spf13_no_autochdir block out in ~/.vimrc and setting noautochdir in ~/.vimrc, didn't work either.

Any suggestions?
