cannot install spf13-vim

I got this error during installation:

E282: Cannot read from "/Users/yiPro/.vimrc.bundles"

how can I get this missing directory?

it's not a directory, it's the list of bundles (plugins) that gets installed and should be symbolically linked. And since it doesn't exist, it sounds like your installation failed. Remove ~/.spf13-vim-3 and everything ~/.vim* (backup any existing custom .vimrc files first if you have them) and try installing again.
