i am rookie, i have install the spf13-vim using chocolatey but how can i open the vim with spf13 config?

because the osx i can do that..but in windows...i dont find the way...

Unlike mac where Vim comes installed already, in Windows you need to install it yourself. You can do it with Chocolatey. Then either click the icon or run it from the command line.

I was able to get up and running using the git bash on windows. just install git choose to use git bash and install spf13 and it will work similar to linux
