I find a problem and need help about neocomplcache！

I had normal installation，but show a tip that “neocmplete requires vim 7.3.885 or later with Lua support ("+lua")”.but my VIM version is 7.4 and lua has install(lua-5.1.4).What should I do .my os is centos7!
