Dear Friends and Colleagues,

[Please share with your networks]

On behalf of the ICEVI Publications Committee, I am pleased to advise that the January 2026 issue of The Educator is now available on the ICEVI website in English, French and Spanish, in both Word and PDF formats: https://icevi.org/resource-library/the-educator/.   The braille version will follow shortly, with thanks to the contributions of Clovernook Centre for the Blind and Visually Impaired.

The January 2026 issue addresses the theme of “Physical Activity: Orientation & Mobility, Sports and Recreation”, highlighting the vital role of movement, access, and participation in the lives of persons who are blind or have low vision.

My sincere thanks to all contributors for sharing their knowledge, research, and practical experiences, which continue to strengthen professional learning across our global community.

Warm regards,
Frances Gentle
