Summary of MMK Briefing

Dear all,

If you are absent for the briefing just now, please take time to read this mail. For those who have attended, you might need to recall any important points during the briefing just now.

The following things to be done during MMK:

1. Timetable

- Please check that you are being arranged in which slot and if possible attend the booth on time or few minutes early.

- Names that are highlighted will in charge of collecting the money, merchandise and membership cards.

- All stuffs will be taken and packed inside Kok Liang's car before and after the MMK ends.

- Attached is the duty timetable.

- Any doubts during your duty feel free to contact the numbers in the timetable.

2. Registration steps

- Do the booth registration and ask them wrote down their details in the registration list.

- Receive payment for RM8 for non-blue t-Shirt, RM6 for blue t-shirt.

- Give them the merchandise, file with SPE sticker on it, book and the pen.

- If there is no sticker on file, please stick it before giving out.

- Don't forget to give out the blue SPEUTP membership card and fill in their detail.

- Remind them to register at http://www.speutp.org/join and if possible register athttp://www.spe.org/join for the      SPE international membership as well.

- If they registered online but don't come to the booth to pay, the application will considered void.
