Since the last month, it has been a nightmare to use. Although I tried to create my playlist by selecting the songs that interest me, after I added one song to my queue random songs were added. The queue management is completely incompetent. I cannot rearrange the downloaded songs. For all my regional songs, I use Saavn. Spotify is for other music. However, I have been feeling like Spotify should be the only option and I need to stop using Saavn.
After the update, nothing has changed. This deserves a very negative rating. It is extremely annoying and frustrating to have to pay for something but not get the best. There are bugs in every corner of this app. You can tell your friends that you do not want them to use the app. This review was written because it is impossible to download my songs offline. That's the least I expect from an app for music.
The app hasn't worked in my car since the past couple of weeks. Both Android Auto and this app were updated, but it still doesn't work. After connecting it to my car, I see "Getting your selection", and nothing else happens. Connect to Android Auto, unlock your phone manually, open the app and select the playlist to play music. You can't pause or change the song. It just plays.
It's the worst. The interface is clunky and has been unfixed for years. Jiotune doesn't have any of my favorite songs (actually, most songs are not available), so I can't request them. Other music platforms have a better selection. My Airtel Wynk experience before that was much better (yes, I am mentioning this). It still contains most of my favorite songs and can be set as my caller song.
The rating was reduced to one star because I am a Pro member and all my data is connected to an account. However, even though I have changed phones, I still don't get to view any of my downloads. It should have a song category, but it is not. There are many repetitions of songs. My entire playlist was lost. The UI is also so pathetic, that even if you touch a little to the scroll bar while downloading, it will go back upwards or downwards. I am so annoyed! Please give me my entire music collection back.
