Hi there,

anyone would be so kind to explain me (in simple words!!), what does the -db numbers mean on the right side? are they have anything to do with actual volume? but why are they negative numbers?

In the most simplest way to explain, think of -20db as .01 volume.  Basically, that's where music engineers set their production volume. This allows for high-frequencies in the sound without clipping or noise.
